Q. Where is my order shipped from?
Some orders to Australia are shipped from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia whereas others may be shipped from our distribution centres in China.

Q. How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to process your order within 24 hours. Once processed from our end, the warehouse takes 48-72 hours to organize and verify the information and then ships the order.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to receive your order once the order has been dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Please allow approximately 15-17 business days for orders shipped from our overseas distribution centre.

Q. Which courier service do you use?

Our primary shipping partners are: Sendle, (a Carbon Neutral and Certified B-Corporation company) and Australia Post.

Q How much is postage/shipping fee?

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as we can for our customers. Most products, from our overseas distribution centre are shipped to you free of shipping charge. Australia Post shipping charges apply for products shipped from our Australian warehouse. This information is available is displayed during checkout as well.
